Back River Surge

Back River Surge is a non profit organization is dedicated to the development of our players both on and off the field. It is our goal that our girls not only mature into better athletes and softball players but they use the discipline and drive learned in the Surge experience to elevate their academic performance and civic awareness.  It is also important to us to create a quality family environment for parents and their daughters.

14U- The 14U slot is empty right now.  If you would like to build a team from the ground up, it is a perfect opportunity.  If you are interested, please email or call us.

16U - Presently 16u is looking for dedicated girls who can play multi positions, along with pitchers and catchers. Please jump to the 16U page for additional information.

The Back River Surge is aggressively funded by our bingo participation.  This gives each of our teams the ability to take teams to great tournaments, help girls in specialty positions offset the cost of training and it also provides for great team equipment.  Surge is proud to be able to take advantage of this to keep family "out of pocket" expenses to a minimum.

BACK RIVER SURGE BOARD MEETINGS

The Back River Surge holds board meetings the 4th Monday of every month unless otherwise announced.  All meetings are held at Lockwood Broadcasting located at 220 Salters Creek Road, Hampton, VA at 6PM.  Meetings are open to all parents and players of the league and all are encouraged to attend.  >MAP TO LOCKWOOD BROADCASTING<
